📋 Description

• Develop and execute global revenue operations strategies, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals. • Collaborate with Sales leadership to design and implement processes that maximize sales team efficiency and revenue performance. • Identify gaps, develop solutions, and implement improvements across processes, systems, and reporting to enhance operational performance. • Utilize analytics and reporting tools to inform revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic decision-making. • Drive enhancements in CRM platforms, sales technologies, and workflows in partnership with the Business Applications team to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all revenue operations functions. • Oversee all aspects of commission plans, including design, implementation, calculations, and accuracy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. • Prepare and deliver high-quality revenue and sales operations reports for executive leadership and board meetings, providing actionable insights. • Partner with Finance, HR, Marketing, and Customer Success Revenue Operations to drive seamless processes and optimize operational alignment. • Build and mentor a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field within high-growth SaaS or enterprise environments where you’ve built and evolved processes in real time. • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing commission structures, as well as developing accurate and actionable revenue forecasts. • Skilled in preparing and delivering clear, impactful reports and presentations for executive leadership and board meetings. • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Sales Tools (e.g. Clari, Clari Groove), ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency. • Strong ability to influence and collaborate across departments, fostering alignment between Finance, Sales, HR, and Customer Success functions. • Exceptional analytical and strategic skills, with a focus on optimizing processes and driving operational excellence. • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, build relationships, and present insights to diverse audiences.
