📋 Description

• The Title Analyst is responsible for the efficient, effective review and interpretation of title abstracts, certified title opinions, and related documents. • Clearly and concisely communicates ownership and curative analyses. • Maintains confidentiality in the handling of all business activities. • Understands priorities and deadlines as conveyed by Manager or Title Analyst III/IV. • Utilizes all tools available to make timely analysis that facilitates the company's goals. • Utilizes company computer programs designed to store, manage and track information and documents. • Interprets legal documents and law firm work product and spot issues with the same.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED. • 1+ years' experience reviewing title or drafting title opinions. • High proficiency with all MS Office applications. • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent organizational skills. • Familiarity with oil and gas title review and analysis within the company’s operating area.
