📋 Description

• Obtain and maintain pre-licensure status in required states per business need, and are willing to obtain licensure in other states as requested by Equip (licensure costs will be covered by Equip). • Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic (i.e. telehealth) setting. • Implement family-based treatment (FBT), enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E), cognitive behavioral therapy for ARFID (CBT-AR), and other evidence-based treatments for patients across the lifespan with eating disorders and their loved ones. • Maintain a patient caseload as assigned to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions. • Participate in continuous training, supervision, department meetings, and other administrative tasks as required. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of medical providers, dietitians, patient mentors, and family mentors, along with outside providers. • Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through Equip’s EMR in accordance with Equip’s policies and procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of Master’s degree or doctoral degree program in mental health field and be associate license-eligible or in process of obtaining associate license in New York. • Willingness to support, with supervision, a caseload of patients of all ages, co-occurring conditions, backgrounds and cultures, and with varying degrees of acuity. • Passion for evidence-based care and treatment. • Enthusiastic, strong team player. • Ability to safely and effectively deliver care in a virtual setting. • Passion for mental health and eating disorder treatment and expanding access to treatment.
