📋 Description

• Lead the development of new AI-native products for the municipal public-sector management market • Architect and build solutions based on AI agents, language models, and intelligent automation • Design and implement AI agent architectures and LLM pipelines • Integrate language models with ERP data and systems • Define and implement strategies for RAG, memory, and agent orchestration • Ensure the quality, security, and traceability of delivered solutions • Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions • Develop solutions for autonomous customer service, natural-language report generation, tax support through legislative interpretation, and internal controls with automated auditing of ERP data

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar) • Proficiency with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen • Proficiency in Python • Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases • Knowledge of REST APIs and systems integration • Ability to work independently on highly complex projects • Preferred: experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) • Preferred: knowledge of Java or experience integrating with legacy systems • Preferred: experience in the public sector or regulated industries
