📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership in the evolution of Sensedia AI Gateway • Serve as a technical reference for the development team • Design, develop, and evolve the control plane in Java/Spring Boot • Translate management operations into Kubernetes resources (CRDs) to configure the data plane • Enhance routing to LLM providers with failover capabilities • Develop guardrail policies, including Prompt Guard, Prompt Enrichment, and Rate Limiting • Expose enterprise APIs as MCP Servers • Manage AI Agents, scopes, and credentials • Collaborate with architects, team leaders, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams • Participate in technical analysis, trade-off evaluations, technical discovery, and proofs of concept • Enhance integrations with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure, Bedrock, and open-source models • Develop authentication and authorization flows using OAuth, JWT/JWKS, scopes, and Keycloak • Apply resilience, OpenTelemetry-based observability, security, governance, and operational excellence • Support code reviews, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement • Promote best practices in development, architecture, testing, observability, and operations • Investigate issues and continuously maintain and evolve the platform, focusing on quality, stability, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a senior developer working on digital products, cloud-native platforms, or distributed systems • Solid experience with Java (recent versions) and Spring Boot for developing REST APIs and backend services • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including operators, CRDs, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and workload lifecycle management • Experience with distributed architectures, microservices, REST APIs, control plane/data plane architectures, and hexagonal architecture • Strong knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger, contract design, versioning, and API lifecycle management • Experience with OAuth 2.0 (client credentials), JWT, JWKS, and scope modeling • Familiarity with generative and agentic AI, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, guardrails, MCP, and A2A • Knowledge of scalability, resilience, security, and observability • Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and code reviews • Ability to translate product needs into sustainable technical solutions • Experience collaborating with product, architecture, and engineering teams • Ability to participate in POCs and assess technical risks • Strong technical communication skills • Nice to have: integrations with LLM providers, Agentic Development, MCP/FastMCP, Kubernetes Gateway API, Envoy/agentgateway, fabric8, Keycloak, Python, AI security, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Tempo/Jaeger, Grafana, PostgreSQL, Flyway, React, TypeScript, Module Federation, multi-tenant SaaS, hybrid deployments, TDD, ArchUnit, and Testcontainers
