📋 Description

• Develop and enhance applications using Java on the backend and React on the frontend • Build and integrate microservices, REST APIs, BFFs, and integrations with external systems • Use and orchestrate AI agents throughout the specification, development, testing, and deployment stages • Review, validate, and enhance code and artifacts produced by AI agents, ensuring quality, security, and compliance with technical standards • Participate in refinement sessions, contributing to solution definition, estimates, and the identification of technical risks • Implement and enhance automated unit, integration, regression, and performance tests • Investigate and resolve complex issues related to code, integrations, data, or environments • Implement AI-powered automations to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle • Collaborate with technical leadership to evolve development practices and the Agentic SDLC model

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development using Java and microservices architecture • Experience in frontend development using React and JavaScript or TypeScript • Experience with REST APIs, BFFs, system integration, and distributed architectures • Experience with AWS and application development in cloud environments • Strong knowledge of automated testing, including unit and integration testing • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and continuous delivery practices • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and AI agents applied to software development • Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, CI&T Flow, or similar tools • Knowledge of Prompt Engineering applied to code generation, testing, analysis, and documentation • Ability to critically review AI-generated outputs, identifying architectural, security, performance, and quality issues • Autonomy in investigating and solving complex technical problems • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate on and influence technical decisions • Technical English for documentation and interaction with AI tools and agents • Preferred: experience with Agentic SDLC, the financial sector, event-driven architectures, API gateways, legacy system modernization, cloud migration, and application security
