📋 Description
• Drive requirement sessions with the client around policy administration business processes, technical processes, and non-functional requirements • Translate insurance product requirements into business and functional requirements, and translate insurance business processes, market practices, and other client business needs into specific software requirements • Work with the team leads and client Subject Matter Experts to identify and document solutions, define the project scope, project estimates and timelines • Present and recommend solutions to clients that meet their business needs • Support the project manager and development team by owning the documentation of the detailed business requirements, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and identifying out of scope requirements and change requests • Travel to client offices when necessary
🎯 Requirements
• Technical University Degree or commensurate experience • 5-6 years’ of experience in a similar role • Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industries • Proven ability to gather and document complex business requirements with attention to detail • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret complex data sets. • Experience in leading and facilitating workshops with clients • Formal business analysis experience • Experience in client-facing project, not just internal initiatives • Very good knowledge of Web Technologies/Environment • Knowledge of the Agile methodology • Excellent knowledge of English & Spanish (spoken and written) • Strong sense of organization and prioritizing • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information • Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment • Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and discipline
