📋 Description

• Build and evolve Equitable Earth’s web and mobile applications • Design, develop, and maintain features using TypeScript, React, AdonisJS, NestJS, and React Native • Own features end-to-end from requirements and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration • Refactor and improve the codebase for quality, reliability, and performance • Write clean, well-tested code • Contribute through code reviews, pair programming, testing, and CI/CD • Work within the fluid feature crew system • Lead feature crews and initiatives when appropriate • Mentor and support other engineers • Share knowledge and improve engineering practices and ways of working • Use AI agents, MCP servers, and other AI tools to improve developer productivity, code quality, and problem-solving • Identify opportunities to apply emerging AI technologies to products and engineering workflows • Contribute to technical decisions and discussions • Take ownership of significant features or initiatives as a trusted senior engineer

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer • Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and backend development • Excellent technical mastery across software engineering, including clean and maintainable code, testing, debugging, APIs, version control, architecture, and system design • Strong experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD workflows • Proven track record of technical ownership, leading complex features or projects end-to-end • Experience mentoring other engineers and raising engineering standards through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing • Familiarity with AdonisJS and NestJS is a plus • Experience using AI in development, ideally including AI agents, MCP servers, tool calling, AI platforms, or agentic workflows • Fluent English • French is a plus • Strong leadership and ownership • Collaborative and supportive mindset • Proactive and influential approach • Strong problem-solving skills • Clear and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Curious and adaptable learning mindset • Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback • Ability to work with significant overlap with French business hours • CV must be submitted in English in PDF format
