📋 Description

• Define and deploy the IT strategy across Procurement, Logistics, Production, Maintenance and Sales. • Drive application enhancements, lead the SAP S/4HANA transformation and manage a team of Business Analysts and Product Owners. • Understand and translate the strategic direction of the business units into an IT evolution plan, prioritizing requests based on value and feasibility. • Serve as the primary point of contact for business unit leaders with the IT department. • Manage, develop and plan the activities of a team of 5 Business Analysts/Product Owners covering Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Maintenance and Sales domains. • Oversee the project portfolio: schedules, steering committees, risk management, IT governance and budget monitoring. • Act as the functional reference and IT architect for SAP modules MM, SD/LE, WM, PP, PM, QM. • Manage supplier relationships and administrative follow-up, and oversee the budget and financial commitments within scope.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science or engineering. • Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a PLM, IT Business Manager, Product Owner or SAP Project Manager in an industrial environment. • Proven expertise in SAP MM and SD/LE modules; knowledge of WM, PP, PM and QM modules is appreciated. • Familiarity with Neptune, Fiori and Panaya tools, and TMS/SRM solutions (Axiscope, IMOS) is a plus. • Demonstrated experience in team management and leading complex IT projects in a cross-functional environment. • Strong customer service orientation, rigor and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Professional proficiency in English and French is essential; Spanish is a plus.
