📋 Description

• Validate the functional implementation of business processes in Magellan • Maintain smooth and regular communication with business stakeholders within operational units • Review change requests and issues raised by Level 1 support or business users • Document and present recommended changes and fixes • Keep the functional mapping of Magellan up to date, including interfaces • Validate Magellan's design by working closely with the project manager • Challenge and validate implementation solutions proposed by the technical delivery team (MOE) • Contribute to ensuring the quality of acceptance testing (UAT) • Ensure the proper production of the team's deliverables • Participate in the deployment and stabilization of the solution

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (equivalent to Bac+5) in Computer Science, Management, MIAGE or a related field • Minimum 5 years' experience on large IT transformation projects • Knowledge of maintenance management principles and Supply Chain • Experience with large-scale information system projects • Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear reasoning, ability to synthesize) • Proficiency with office productivity tools • Experience leading meetings and workshops • Curiosity, proactivity, interpersonal skills, pedagogical approach, analytical mindset • Knowledge of the Maximo CMMS • Experience in change management • Knowledge of rail maintenance • Familiarity with Rodias' Insight tool
