📋 Description

• Handle medical information enquiries in English and Italian • Perform pharmacovigilance activities, including initial intake of adverse events • Provide approved responses to medical enquiries from healthcare professionals and patients • Assist pharmaceutical clients’ internal departments with queries where required • Act as a call handling agent for the Medical Information dedicated call center • Prepare enquiry responses based on literature research • Collaborate with internal physicians and pharmaceutical client departments • Participate in out-of-hours medical information provision for clients using 24/7 enquiry handling services

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in life sciences or equivalent advanced degree with experience • Fluency in both English and Italian • Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel • Customer service experience is an advantage • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills • Process-oriented and critical-thinking skills • Responsible approach to work duties
