📋 Description

• Provide support to other activities undertaken by the project team on behalf of the client and the company • Create and maintain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities • Optimize procedures, trainings and other actions to increase ICSR team efficiency • Propose process changes to the ICSR Operational Lead • Manage ICSR deviations with ICSR Operational Lead support • Review trackers and timesheet data and ensure accuracy • Process ICSR cases and perform second QC • Support other departments • Operate as the assigned team SME • Support the RA & PV Network Department as needed • Act as the LCPPV (Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance) for the specified country • Take on the PRLS (Person Responsible for Local Screening) role for the designated language, as agreed with the line manager

🎯 Requirements

• Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, other healthcare-related qualification or experience in pharmacovigilance • 3–4 years of work experience in pharmacovigilance • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a line manager role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Organization skills, including attention to detail and multitasking • Delegation skills • Planning and time management skills • Technical skills • Team working skills • Fluent English, spoken and written • Medical devices experience required
