📋 Description

• Work closely with Line Managers to understand open positions and maintain vacancy-status communication • Create job advertisements and publish them across multiple job boards and regions using the ATS one-click publishing tool • Execute recruitment strategies using LinkedIn headhunting, ATS sourcing, and referrals • Screen and interview candidates via video calls • Provide CV shortlists to Line Managers • Coordinate interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator • Maintain accurate ATS records of recruitment activity, candidate status, open positions, and metrics such as time to fill • Manage candidates throughout the recruitment and selection lifecycle • Create and maintain talent pipelines for regularly recruited positions • Work with HR and Line Managers to develop offers and secure acceptance • Maintain knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance • Refine existing recruitment processes and develop new ones where appropriate • Research competitor information and candidate markets to guide Hiring Managers • Co-develop and execute initiatives strengthening the talent-market presence • Partner with Marketing and Communications to ensure brand consistency • Create compelling, candidate-centric content across digital channels

🎯 Requirements

• Previous Talent Acquisition / recruitment experience including sourcing, screening and offer management • Interest in the Life Science industry • Willingness to recruit across Europe and potentially other regions • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects across niche skill areas • Multi-tasking skills • First class oral and written communication skills in English • Additional languages desirable • Ability to work effectively with HR, line management, and senior leadership • Experience using an ATS or CRM system for recruitment • Good negotiation skills • Ability to self-manage and prioritize work effectively • Proactive approach to work • Strong attention to detail • Must be a full-time student
