📋 Description

• Independently further develop and implement a regular (group) strategy process and the associated strategic monitoring • Independently lead strategic projects • Conduct competitive analyses, benchmarking and market trend assessments, and evaluate their implications for the company • Compile and provide insights on trends in the energy sector, considering economic, regulatory, technological and supply chain information to enable strategic decision-making • Support business units as a strategic point of contact for the development and management of individual business areas • Develop new growth strategies and business models focused on the transformation of the energy sector, in collaboration with the business units

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in strategy and/or strategic management consulting • High degree of personal responsibility and independence, with a hands-on mentality and the drive to advance diverse topics independently • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, a structured and solution-oriented working style, and the ability to work effectively in a team • Professional demeanor, strong willingness to learn and perform, and a team- and service-oriented attitude • Excellent communication skills in German
