📋 Description

• You monitor and assess current energy policy developments and industry trends, bring them into the company to a high degree and actively participate in industry associations • You prepare new topics and products, such as heat pumps, PV systems and charging infrastructure, in close company‑wide cooperation with various specialist departments, thereby creating the basis for analyses, strategy development and decision‑making • You take responsibility for decarbonization strategies within the framework of the federal funding for efficient heating networks, accompany the transformation plan and implementation for the Augsburg district heating network and serve as a contact person for municipal heat planning • You support potential waste-heat suppliers, initiate projects together with them and accompany appropriate networks • You develop, manage and lead the strategic focus topics for the department • You act as an interface to other company divisions, take on specialist special tasks to find pragmatic solutions and coordinate internal and external alignment meetings

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Energy Economics or a comparable field • Several years of relevant experience in the energy sector, in particular in the preparation of transformation plans according to BEW and in heat planning • Practical experience in the use of geodata systems (GIS) • Solid expertise in the development, structuring and implementation of new products and strategies is desirable • Analytical and solution‑oriented working style as well as personal resilience and flexibility • Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team complete your profile
