• Develop, implement and monitor sales strategies aligned with the company's commercial objectives. • Lead, motivate and develop the sales team, including hiring, training and people management. • Establish and track KPIs, targets and sales forecasts, promoting data-driven analysis and corrective actions. • Ensure excellence in sales process execution and in the customer experience. • Foster collaboration with other areas to maximize conversions. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, promoting practices that increase efficiency, productivity and result quality.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. • Understanding of sales metrics, data analysis and the use of CRM tools. • Ability to work with shifting priorities. • Skill in leading teams with a focus on sustainable performance and a high-performance culture. • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel. • Experience managing a telesales/inside-sales team is a plus. • Familiarity with Jira and Looker is a plus. • Availability to work on Saturdays and public holidays.
