• Manage MWM’s commercial distributor network and provide customer support in Brazil’s Northeast region. • Serve distributors and customers, providing technical assistance; lead negotiations (preparing proposals and commercial orders when necessary), always mindful of factory-stated delivery lead times. • Assess the region and customers to identify product penetration opportunities across a variety of applications. • Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to the factory for appropriate actions. • Possess knowledge of product applications to advise customers on the best motor pump options. • Availability to travel (trade shows, presentations, visits to distributors and customers). • Control and apply pricing, adjustments and discounts in accordance with MWM’s commercial policy (evaluating sale costs and the financial risks associated with product commercialization).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Commercial Management, or related fields. • Experience managing the full sales cycle: from prospecting to delivery. • Technical knowledge of irrigation and fertigation motor pumps. • Required experience working in the Northeast region of Brazil. • Must reside in the Northeast (Brazil).
