• Experiência sólida como Analista Funcional. • Experiência em projetos Salesforce. • Conhecimento em Salesforce Sales Cloud. • Conhecimento em Salesforce Service Cloud será um diferencial. • Experiência com integrações REST APIs. • Conhecimento em JSON. • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis. • Experiência na elaboração de documentação funcional. • Capacidade para interpretar documentação técnica. • Conhecimento em Git e GitLab. • Salesforce Administrator • Salesforce Business Analyst • BPMN • UML • Certificações Salesforce • Experiência em ambientes multinacionais
