📋 Description

• Develop the shopping cart interface using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex, enforcing minimum quantity locks and sales multiples. • Integrate the cart in real time, synchronously, with the ERP API to validate physical stock and production projections. • Implement business logic, creating code-driven blocking/lock alerts. • Configure the product structure and native use of Price Books, establishing precedence logic between customer-specific price tables and the standard price book. • Build escalated Approval Processes (Representative > Coordinator > Director), with approval limit calculations always referenced to the standard price book. • Support the Architect in consuming the ERP's RESTful APIs authenticated via OAuth2 (Oracle Cloud Identity), applying pagination to requests. • Configure Salesforce to listen for and process inbound Webhooks from the ERP (invoiced order, credit block, price change), triggering notification Flows to the sales representative. • Develop Visualforce pages rendered as PDF (or Apex routines) to automatically generate Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Production Process Declaration. • Apply tax logic to isolate freight value from merchandise value to meet DU-E customs requirements. • Configure the Cases object to manage complaints with defined SLAs, including visual alerts based on stage duration. • Create Validation Rules with Apex/Flow that call the Systêxtil API to validate the validity of the Nota Fiscal (electronic tax invoice) before opening cases. • Generate email automations for factory technicians who do not have a Salesforce license. • Build Record-Triggered Flows to orchestrate customer communication covering order tracking statuses. • Integrate email/WhatsApp sending Flows with public links to boletos, Pix and tax documents (XML/DANFE) without overloading Salesforce storage.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in building Lightning Web Components (LWC). • High fluency in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Test Classes, Callouts), including experience with Visualforce rendered to PDF. • Proficiency in REST integrations: handling JSON payloads with pagination, setting up Webhooks/Apex REST endpoints and OAuth2 authentication. • Strong experience building complex Flows and dynamic Approval Processes. • Experience in data modeling: creating objects, relationships and Custom Metadata Types. • Ability to understand complex industrial business rules and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. • API-first mindset and performance focus, avoiding long loading screens in the mobile experience. • Salesforce Administrator certification. • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification. • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
