📋 Description

• Support key strategic initiatives in AI, automation, and innovation, with a key role in executing and scaling • Develop a strong understanding of Escalent group's products, tools, solutions, and technological roadmap • Link findings and recommendations to desired business impact • Present findings and recommendations, explaining approach and rationale, to business teams • Co-develop development, implementation, and scaling plans with tech, development, and product teams • Use low-code/no-code/vibe-code agent development tools/environments to create tools or agents where applicable • Craft and co-implement alpha and beta testing plans and internal/external rollout roadmaps • Alpha test products, features, and agents by stress-testing edge cases • Organize and administer demos, show-n-tells, and lunch-n-learns for internal and external audiences • Advise internal teams on effective, efficient, and ethical use of AI, innovation, and automation tools • Identify relevant third-party AI/innovation tools through desk research and internal outreach • Liaise with tool vendors to evaluate functionality, use-case fit, and commercial viability • Partner with Compliance and IT to vet and whitelist tools for testing and trials • Conceptualize trial programs and secure testing licenses • Partner with domain, functional, and corporate teams to assess tool effectiveness and value-add • Stay updated on AI and innovation developments, trends, and product/model launches • Prepare, maintain, and improve AI-related process, guideline, and protocol documentation • Author self-learning collateral, tool one-pagers, decision flowcharts, and SharePoint content • Contribute to AI upskilling initiatives by developing ideas and collateral and administering sessions

🎯 Requirements

• MBA / Post Graduation from a reputed management institute • 5-7 years of experience in delivering Strategic Research & Insights engagements across industries, focused on international markets • Solid experience leading project-based engagements and delivering findings to client and internal stakeholders • Strong exposure to internal process innovation/automation • Some experience in cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives • Hands-on experience with AI and innovative tools • Ability to quickly ramp-up on new AI and innovative tools • Exposure to Qualitative and Quantitative Primary Research, Desk Research, and Process Analytics/Innovation is good-to-have • Experience with low-code/no-code/vibe-code agent development and working with tech/development/product teams is a big plus • Excellent communication skills • Team leader with strong interpersonal skills • Logical and creative thinker with astute analytical aptitude • Consultative approach to problem solving • Strong attention to detail
