📋 Description

• Build and ship features on our real-time bidding platform - performance and correctness are non-negotiable • Use AI tools hands-on to ship code faster — own what you build end-to-end • Contribute to rewriting and modernizing parts of our legacy platform using AI tooling • Work across the full stack when needed — backend engineers are engaged beyond the API boundary • Help shape how the team works with AI day-to-day – workflow improvements and performance enhancement

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience in a compiled, statically-typed language - Java, Kotlin, Go, Rust, C#, or Scala • Comfortable with distributed systems: consistency trade-offs, failure modes, async processing • Experience with relational databases and at least one in-memory or NoSQL system (Redis, Aerospike, Cassandra, etc.) • You've shipped things to production and kept them running - monitoring, alerting, on-call mindset • Working experience with Git, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines • AI & LLM Experience: Built and deployed at least one LLM-powered feature in a real product • Knowledge of designing prompts for reliable output and eval strategy for AI features • Bonus: Experience with RAG pipelines, tool-calling agents, or vector databases
