📋 Description

• You develop innovative product ideas and concepts together with developers, scientists, and medical professionals • You coordinate the entire product development process—from the initial idea through a successful launch and beyond • You create precise, well-structured product briefs for the Graphic Design and Marketing departments • You take ownership of the end-to-end planning, prioritization, and further development of cross-functional projects • You work closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensure a smooth flow of information across all channels (B2C and B2B) • You analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and define clear USPs for our products in close collaboration with the Marketing department • You create and manage labeling data in compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• You have a completed degree in business administration, nutritional science, or a comparable qualification • You have several years of professional experience in product management, quality management, or project management—ideally in the food or dietary supplements industry • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • You enjoy working in a team and communicate openly, clearly, and with purpose • You work independently and in a structured manner, and bring an agile, dynamic approach to your work • You enjoy professional challenges and are committed to continuous development • You are willing to pursue regular professional training and strategically expand your knowledge • You are fluent in German and English
