📋 Description

• Full responsibility for our GPS pet tracking devices — from feature development to market positioning • Identification of new target groups and market opportunities to expand our customer base • Monitoring project progress, comparing results against predefined KPIs, and conducting competitive and market analyses to sharpen our strategic direction • Creation of persuasive sales materials, including ad creatives, landing page copy, and platform-specific content • Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the team stays informed and the project is completed successfully • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the marketing team — with a strong focus on paid social media advertising (Meta, TikTok), organic social content, and email automation • Identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans to minimize them • Leading UGC and influencer strategies that authentically reflect pet owners’ perspectives — including briefing creators and reviewing content for brand compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product management and/or marketing, ideally in tracking, pet tech, or software solutions • Expert or solid knowledge in paid social media advertising (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) and organic social media strategy — with proven campaign successes and measurable revenue growth • Analytical and strategic mindset with a hands-on approach • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to compellingly present product benefits in German, French, and English • Strong project management skills — able to coordinate multiple teams while maintaining attention to detail and a big-picture perspective • Experience working with B2C customers and familiarity with SaaS or hardware products • Deep understanding of the target audience of dog owners and a strong affinity for animals — developing compelling positioning and messaging focused on safety, tracking, and trust.
