📋 Description

• Analyze, structure, and document requirements for strategic technology initiatives within the Operations domain • Plan and manage cross-functional projects and ensure their successful execution across multiple teams and stakeholders • Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and proactively drive mitigation actions • Prepare management updates, steering committee materials, and decision-making proposals for senior leadership • Coordinate communication between teams and ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables • Support Tech Product Leadership with strategic initiatives, analyses, and operational priorities • Manage external IT providers, establish best-practice provider management processes, and support contract negotiations through to completion

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management, consulting, or a comparable role within a technology-driven environment • Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects and translating strategic priorities into actionable plans • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and results-oriented mindset • Excel at stakeholder management and communicate effectively across all organizational levels • Take ownership, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience with technology, operations, digital transformation, or product-related projects is considered a strong advantage • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
