📋 Description

• Oversee and manage data from provider network for entry into Provider Practitioner Management (PPM) System • Review and analyze data to ensure appropriate information has been provided • Support providers through the understanding of provider manual • Organize and lead new provider orientation • Serve as point of contact for provider inquiries (non-clinical) • Audit provider records in PPM for quality & accuracy • Provide support with provider performance data validation • Organize, schedule, and facilitate provider performance meetings • Support with provider audits and report notifications

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer services and provider service experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Sensitivity to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), especially Excel • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills • Must be highly detail oriented.
