📋 Description

• Serve as the strategic marketing lead for the assigned MU • Help inform the MU business strategy • Develop integrated marketing plans aligned to business goals • Represent the MU within the overall Marketing Leadership Team (MLT) and the MU Leadership Team (MU-LT) • Act as the primary liaison between the MU and the broader marketing organization • Coordinate with shared services teams to bring MU marketing plans to life • Monitor and report on campaign and program performance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing • 5+ years of experience in business unit, divisional, or vertical marketing leadership roles • Proven success building and implementing strategic marketing plans • Deep understanding of integrated campaign planning, demand generation, content strategy, and sales enablement • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment • Executive-level communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
