📋 Description

• Acts as the front line of customer support, responsible for keeping our environmental test chambers running smoothly. • Performs calibration service to all ENA and ESPEC Corp manufactured equipment while adhering to ISO/IEC 17025 Quality Management System and maintaining accuracy of customer data. • Conducts on-site training for customers on the operation, start-up, and maintenance of newly installed equipment. • Repairs and adjusts refrigeration systems, electrical, and control systems. • Configures and calibrates controllers and recorders, demonstrating knowledge in their operation and application. • Evacuates refrigeration systems as needed. • Charges/recharges refrigeration systems and fills out refrigerant usage tickets. • Reads and interprets refrigeration and electrical prints/drawings. • Coordinates and supervises on-site activities when contractors are used to help on large installations. • Returns parts from the field. • Completes ongoing safety training. • Regular, physical attendance is required.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. • Minimum 2 years of college or trade school is required. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the refrigeration industry preferred. • Previous experience brazing/soldering/welding ferrous and non-ferrous materials required. • Refrigerant charging and recovery experience required. • Strong mechanical aptitude required. • Basic computer and phone skills required including the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email). • Electrical knowledge in high, low, and control voltage desired. • Previous Customer Service experience desired.
