📋 Description

• Document operational enhancements, issues, and problems, and communicate solutions to National Operations leadership. • Deliver day-to-day operations support and process administration across multiple business units. • Coordinate with business units to capture best practices and convert them into national policies, procedures, and programs. • Maintain, update, and manage organizational web applications supporting all documentation. • Provide accurate reporting of key performance indicators to ensure excellent service levels for clients. • Collect employee feedback via surveys, quarterly meetings, and engagement platforms. • Support field operations administrative tasks to ensure data integrity and completeness. • Assist with new-hire onboarding coordination. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. • 3+ years of multi-level management experience; • 1+ year of project management experience; • demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, create, document, and execute policies and procedures. • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and effective problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with NetSuite and web-based organizational tools; • ability to document and manage workflows and enhancements. • Detail-oriented, able to plan work effectively, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
