📋 Description

• Assist Senior Associate in evaluating deals, building financial models and creating valuation reports • Perform market research to identify new investment opportunities in their respective sector • Research about the target company and communicate with their existing customer to gather data • Research on potential competitors of the target company • Gather industry information by performing primary and secondary research • Perform valuation analysis via modelling • Review and summarize confidential information memorandums (CIMs) that contains information about future potential investment opportunities • Monitor the portfolio companies with the senior associate, assist in sourcing deals and conducting transactions • Assist and advise Management in the development and implementation of the acquired company’s business strategy • Assist in acquisition of future companies and sourcing of capital • Analyze potential exit opportunities for the current portfolio investment under Essar Capital

🎯 Requirements

• The individual must have 3+ years of experience in asset management/private equity • The individual must have the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment • Strong statistical and analytical skills to assess the economic performance / analysis of companies and industries • Strong organizational skills, process management and time management skills. • Strong oral and written communication, including the ability to communicate effectively across regional teams. • Must contain advanced analytical capabilities • Proficiency in MS Office • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an institute of repute • CA/CFA • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from an institute of repute
