📋 Description
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure good cooperation with assigned stores • Work actively to become the preferred partner within Essity's categories • Follow up on central agreements • Conduct sales, upselling, activities, and category guidance for customers • Execute central and local campaigns • Report completed work daily in the CRM system according to company routines • Achieve sales targets and follow up stores in the assigned district • Execute activities and measures effectively in each store • Maintain efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction • Report to the Sales Manager • Serve as a substitute Field Sales Representative until 31 March 2027, with possible extension
🎯 Requirements
• Practical sales experience, preferably from the grocery sector • Experience using IT tools • Class B driver's licence and access to a personal car • Proactive, relationship-building sales profile • Structured and efficient work methods • Competitive sales drive and sales skills • Drive, independence, and reliability • Permanent residence in the region where you will work
