📋 Description
• Lead and develop the team in the execution of processes • Monitor the cleaning schedule and control spending on cleaning products, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards • Identify and propose new initiatives, applying critical thinking and focusing on optimizing the department’s processes and activities
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma • At least 3 years of experience in industrial production activities • For internal candidates, at least 12 months with the company and no incidents on record, in accordance with internal policy
