📋 Description

• Lead development teams technically and serve as a reference for architecture and software engineering decisions. • Define scalable, secure, resilient architectures aligned with business objectives. • Ensure the technical quality of deliverables through code reviews, standards and best practices. • Identify technical risks and drive mitigation plans. • Manage and prioritize initiatives to reduce technical debt. • Support developers in investigating complex issues, promoting autonomy and critical thinking. • Share knowledge through mentoring, feedback and the dissemination of best practices. • Develop the team technically through code reviews, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), continuous feedback and one-on-one follow-ups. • Conduct 1:1 meetings and support the professional development of team members. • Work in partnership with the Delivery Lead to allocate professionals across projects. • Participate in strategic technical definitions together with stakeholders. • Support pre-sales initiatives with estimates, solution definitions and technical presentations. • Participate in recruitment processes, performance evaluations and decisions related to team development. • Promote a collaborative environment, continuous improvement and technical excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience consistent with Senior-level responsibilities. • Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Software Architect or in technical leadership of development teams. • Experience in defining software architecture, conducting code reviews, providing technical mentorship and making architectural decisions. • Ability to define end-to-end solutions from incomplete requirements, conducting investigations and aligning with stakeholders. • Ability to balance technical quality, deadlines and business context. • Solid knowledge of software architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, information security and the software development lifecycle. • Experience in productizing applications is a plus. • Mandatory knowledge: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, AWS (EC2, ECS, IAM, S3, RDS, VPC and related services), Docker, GitHub (Actions, governance and best practices), REST APIs, CI/CD, Module Bundlers, Web Servers, queues and messaging, caching strategies (CDN and in-memory), Schedulers and Streams. • Desired knowledge: VPN, load balancing, high availability, scalability, application monitoring, OAuth, SSO, SAML, OpenID Connect, Identity Providers (IdPs), Multi-Tenancy, Bash scripts and event-driven architectures. • Ability to use tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor and similar critically and strategically, auditing, validating and evolving AI-generated code. • Excellent communication, analytical and investigative profile, autonomy, strong decision-making ability, systems thinking, influence, collaboration and maturity to lead technical discussions.
