πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist with candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking platforms, and other sourcing tools β€’ Conduct market research and talent mapping for engineering, software, defense, and technical positions β€’ Review resumes and help identify candidates who meet position requirements β€’ Assist with candidate outreach and scheduling phone screens and interviews β€’ Coordinate interview logistics between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers β€’ Format and organize interview guides, candidate scorecards, and hiring documentation within established templates β€’ Help maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) β€’ Support job posting creation and updates across multiple recruiting platforms β€’ Assist with candidate experience initiatives and recruiting process improvements β€’ Participate in recruiting strategy discussions and workforce planning activities β€’ Support employer branding efforts through LinkedIn, company website content, and recruiting campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Possess a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, reflective of all college coursework β€’ Currently enrolled in and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills β€’ Ability to create, edit, and format professional documents, presentations, and recruiting materials using established templates and guidelines β€’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally β€’ Experience with LinkedIn, Canva, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or recruiting tools is a plus.
