📋 Description

• You ensure that planned mobile network sites become successful construction projects. • To do this, you inspect potential sites on location for their technical and structural suitability. • You document your findings, creating the basis for the further expansion of mobile network infrastructure. • Your workday combines fieldwork with careful documentation and technical assessment in the office. • You plan and carry out on-site structural inspections of potential radio sites. • You review submitted documents for technical feasibility and ensure the quality of site evaluations. • You document your findings thoroughly and independently maintain all relevant information in our CRM system. • You prepare your site assessments in a transparent and comprehensible way for other project stakeholders. • You coordinate closely on projects with colleagues from acquisition as well as with property owners and general contractors.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical or trade vocational training is desirable • Full fitness for working at heights and enjoyment of outdoor assignments • Driver’s license class B and high regional mobility • Experience assessing building fabric, roofs, or comparable structures • Willingness to obtain a drone pilot license as part of internal training • Good knowledge of MS Office and experience working with CRM systems or databases • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style • Strong communication and organizational skills and a high quality awareness.
