📋 Description
• Conduct asynchronous text-based consultations with Spanish-speaking patients through the telehealth platform to assess and prescribe weight-loss medications • Provide personalised medical advice to patients • Apply knowledge of GLP-1/GIP agonist medications and relevant prescribing areas • Follow practice standards, quality and safety procedures, policies, and required training • Triage medical enquiries to support patient safety and care • Respond promptly to escalated medical incidents by phone or asynchronous messaging • Act as a point of contact for Eucalyptus-partnered clinicians • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve processes and systems • Help create medical knowledge centres for the broader team
🎯 Requirements
• Qualified and licensed medical doctor (MD) • Current registration with a Colegio Oficial de Médicos in Spain, with colegiado number required • Native or fluent Spanish speaker • Strong written and spoken English • Based in Ireland • High empathy and commitment to exceptional patient experience • Organised, independent, and able to work effectively in a team • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality • Skilled in using technology to deliver care and communicate with patients, especially in written formats • Willingness to work weekends • Experience in online prescribing • Willingness to work either part-time or full-time • Weight-loss prescribing experience is a bonus
