📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of complex medical documentation. • Evaluate Fitness-for-Duty (FFD) determinations. • Review Annual Medical Certification (AMC) cases. • Analyze medical histories and supporting documentation. • Recommend medical qualification determinations for TSA physicians. • Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain additional clinical information. • Document clinical findings in federal information systems. • Meet established productivity and quality metrics. • Support continuous quality improvement efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia (or ability to obtain prior to start). • Master's or Doctorate in Nursing (MSN/DNP). • Minimum five (5) years of Nurse Practitioner experience. • Experience in: • Occupational Health • Employee Health • Medical Review • Case Management • Disability Evaluation • Clinical Decision Making • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and documentation skills • Occupational Medicine experience (preferred) • Certification in Occupational Health or Case Management (preferred)
