📋 Description

• Build the end-to-end experience for projects, from planning through final outcomes • Create the online selection journey, taking project timelines, goals, and candidate experience into account • Meet with clients to align expectations and present proposals for selection journeys and results • Monitor project KPIs, manage data, and create analytical reports • Monitor and ensure project diversity metrics • Develop supporting materials for clients and candidates • Engage with the youth community through planned interactions and content • Structure the selection and ranking process, organizing invitations and rejections at each stage • Plan and develop proposals for online and/or in-person group exercises and panel sessions • Organize and manage online and/or in-person interview processes • Manage approvals, deliberations, and feedback
