📋 Description

• Manage implementation of standard configurations, custom development, and data migration elements of Salesforce implementations • Develop and deliver implementations for customers, following solutions designed by the architectural layer • Understand project needs and debug technical implementation issues • Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations • Work in an agile and collaborative environment following Salesforce methodology • Work remotely while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies

🎯 Requirements

• Role is only open to those who are current or prior Salesforce interns; others will not be considered • Basic understanding of any programming language; JavaScript, Java, and Apex preferred • Basic front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript); LWC is a plus • Basic understanding of a version control system; Git preferred • Familiarity with branching model; Git Flow preferred • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills • Basic understanding of REST and SOAP API • Basic understanding of Agile methods • Basic knowledge of Salesforce settings and tools, such as Lightning App Builder and Flow, is a plus • Salesforce Associate Certified/Admin certification and Ranger in Trailhead are a plus • Spoken English and Spanish language skills essential • Commitment to time and tasks • Effective communication • Empathy • Ability to work well in a group • Organization or planning • Flexibility • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment • Highly motivated and results-oriented • Active listening and excellent communication skills
