📋 Description

• Act as the school’s strategic partner and Arco’s primary point of contact for discussing vision, opportunities, and solutions • Manage the complete customer retention cycle, ensuring satisfaction and results • Independently lead contract renewals and expansions • Support schools in adopting Arco’s solutions, focusing on generating value and strengthening the relationship • Serve as the point of integration for the customer journey with Arco, monitoring satisfaction levels with pedagogical solutions and customer service • Act as the final escalation point for resolving critical relationship or service issues • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across pedagogical, commercial, and operational functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience managing B2B relationships • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously • Ability to conduct negotiations transparently, firmly, and with integrity • Clear, structured, and effective communication skills • Strong ability to prioritize activities based on data
