📋 Description
• Handle and engage with end customers • Perform upselling and offer additional services • Identify opportunities to sell insurance products • Assist customers who receive complimentary insurance through partner brands • File and follow up on requests with the insurance company • Help drive results and deliver the best possible customer experience
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge of CRM and customer management systems • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field (preferred) • Experience in B2C sales (preferred) • 1–3 years of professional experience • Microsoft Office • Ability to provide advice • B2C • Strong verbal communication skills • Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
