📋 Description

• Manage standard configurations, custom development, and data migration elements of Salesforce implementations • Develop and deliver implementations for customers following architect-designed solutions • Understand project needs and debug technical implementation issues • Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations • Work in an agile and collaborative environment following Salesforce methodology • Work remotely while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies

🎯 Requirements

• Basic understanding of any programming language; JavaScript, Java, and Apex are preferred • Basic front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript); LWC is a plus • Basic understanding of a version control system; Git is preferred • Familiarity with branching model; Git Flow is preferred • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills • Basic understanding of REST and SOAP API • Basic understanding of Agile methods • Basic knowledge of Salesforce settings and tools, such as Lightning App Builder and Flow, is a plus • Salesforce Associate Certified/Admin and being Ranger in Trailhead is a plus • Spoken English and Spanish language skills are essential • Effective communication, empathy, organization or planning, flexibility, and ability to work well in a group • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment • Highly motivated and results-oriented • Active listening and excellent communication skills
