📋 Description

• Provide functional support for Sales, Billing, and Order-to-Cash processes supported by SAP • Ensure the stability and availability of critical business processes • Perform root cause analyses and propose actions to reduce recurring incidents • Configure, parameterize, and support SAP SD module functionalities • Support integration between SAP SD and other SAP modules, especially FI and MM • Gather requirements from business areas and propose solutions aligned with best practices • Prepare functional and technical documentation • Execute and support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing • Resolve critical incidents and provide post-implementation support • Participate in War Rooms, month-end closings, and critical operating periods • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at operational efficiency and service quality

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with SAP SD • Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes • Experience providing functional support and supporting enterprise SAP environments • Experience with billing, sales, and distribution • Knowledge of integrations between SAP SD, FI, and MM • Experience analyzing and resolving incidents in production environments • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and business teams
