📋 Description

• Support the Account Manager in managing project risks, stakeholders, costs, timelines, and scope • Execute activities to deliver project scope and support project consultants, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met • Manage ranking, group dynamics, interviews, deliberation, and feedback processes, both online and in person • Record and update project information in Eureca’s official management tools and systems • Prepare and present project status and performance reports • Provide visibility into project progress and any deviations • Develop action plans together with the client • Contribute to process standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement of recruitment and selection operations

🎯 Requirements

• End-to-end project management experience • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum) and Agile methodologies • Knowledge of data management • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams • Strong problem-solving and agile decision-making skills, results-oriented mindset, and excellent organizational abilities • Knowledge of and/or experience in risk management and continuous improvement • Bachelor’s degree • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM) — a plus • Experience in the recruitment and selection sector — a plus
