📋 Description

• Create application profiles together with participants • Design modern, impactful application documents • Research job opportunities and use job portals • Support participants in navigating the job market • Document progress, prepare reports, and develop alternative career paths

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree • Ideally: trainer qualification (Ausbildereignungsschein) • Good IT skills (MS Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Office) • Structured, self-directed working style • Empathy and flexibility when working with people in challenging life situations
