📋 Description

• Being involved in business analysis and collaborating closely with client stakeholders and the development team • Analyzing, refining, and documenting user and system requirements • Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders • Leading workshops and decision-making process • Perform software testing, user training, handling 3rd-level support requests, and maintaining documentation • Participating in project management and reporting activities

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree preferably in Computer science, scientific area, or economics • Motivated, analytical, communicative, result-oriented • Experience in requirement engineering, software testing, support and/or software development • Knowledge of UML, XML / XSD, SQL, usability, and accessibility is an asset • Fluency in German (C1+)
