📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, timelines, and quality standards • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and implementation plans • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations • Lead project teams, coordinate activities, and review deliverables • Monitor project progress, risks, costs, and resources, implementing corrective actions when required • Manage project changes, stakeholder communication, and governance reporting • Gather, analyse and validate business requirements • Create, manage and prioritise product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Plan product releases and support sprint planning and prioritization • Organise and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Review sprint deliverables and validate product functionalities against business requirements • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate business acceptance • Ensure effective collaboration between business and technical teams • Drive continuous improvement of project delivery and Agile processes

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience • At least 10 years of experience in software development projects • At least 7 years of experience in performing analysis utilising use case specifications or user stories • At least 5 years of experience in producing user stories • At least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects using strategic planning, project scheduling, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking • At least 5 years of experience with project management software such as JIRA and Confluence • At least 5 years of experience managing projects in Agile environments, Scrum Management and Lean agile • Experience applying recognised project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 and PMBOK • Mandatory PM2, Project Management Professional (PMP), or PRINCE2 certification or equivalent • Mandatory PM2-Agile, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification • Excellent command of the English language
