📋 Description

• Manage and oversee the service delivery process • Direct team activities • Address customer feedback to ensure services meet customer expectations • Monitor service performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and availability targets • Ensure timely resolution of service issues and risks • Drive continuous improvement initiatives • Coordinate with technical teams, customers, and stakeholders to optimize service quality, efficiency, and operational performance • Integrate into the company's Development team and cooperate closely with a major client's on-site IT team

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in IT, combined with 10 years of relevant working experience in IT • At least 10 years of experience delivering for or in a production environment operating under formal availability commitments • At least 10 years of experience spanning a multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure • At least 10 years of experience in global projects comprising at least 10 managed services or application environments, or serving at least 100 concurrent users • At least 10 years of experience in global projects or managed service contracts involving formal testing, change, release, or CI/CD pipeline management • Excellent command of the English language • ITIL Managing Professional (ITIL MP) or ITIL 4 Strategic Leader (ITIL SL) certification and a PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent) is a strong asset
