📋 Description
• Work closely with the IT Solutions Director, program leadership, and cross-functional IT teams to successfully deliver multiple technical initiatives • Responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting across several technical workstreams • Ensure all technical projects & streams remain on track by actively managing project schedules, dependencies, monitoring execution, identifying and mitigating risks early • Ensure readiness for upcoming milestones • Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, technical leads, functional consultants, developers, QA and data teams, as well as external implementation partners • Ensure consistent delivery practices, adherence to Eurofins’ standards, and strong integration across all technical domains
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing complex technical IT projects in highly regulated environments • Preferably good understanding of Java technology stack • Solid and proven experience supervising multiple concurrent workstreams within a larger program, ideally in an international or multi-site deployment context • Highly disciplined and organized • Ability to switch context quickly across different technical topics and stakeholders • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Advanced Azure DevOps, Excel and PowerPoint skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
