📋 Description

• Process all aspects of full weekly and biweekly payroll, including garnishments, off-cycle payments, variance reconciliation, and time, labor, and absence review • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll issues, employee pay inquiries, and payroll policy questions • Use Oracle HCM Cloud to complete payroll tasks • Perform year-end reporting through Oracle and ADP, including reconciliation reviews, customer service, and W-2/W-2C processing • Assist with planning and integration of new companies • Recommend new or improved systems and processes • Perform customer service, ad hoc reporting, and other duties supporting the payroll group • Conduct activities safely and efficiently • Apply GMP/GLP where appropriate and promote the company vision

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 3–5 years of payroll administration experience • Experience with multi-state payrolls • Experience with any payroll system and accounting programs preferred • Advanced Excel skills required • Proficiency in computer operations • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including spreadsheet development and data analysis functionalities • Experience with cloud-based collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint preferred • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Willingness to work overtime • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to maintain confidential information • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to learn new techniques, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
