📋 Description

• Eurofins zoekt Corporate Recruiters en Talent Acquisition Specialists. • Betrokken bij end-to-end recruitment voor staf/support organisatie. • Intake van vacatures, creatieve wervingsstrategieën hanteren en uitvoeren. • Interviewen en voorstellen van kandidaten, proces volgen tot aan contract. • Bouwen aan het werkgeversmerk Eurofins met ruimte voor eigen projecten.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimaal een afgeronde Bsc of Msc. • Aantoonbare ervaring met recruitment. • Affiniteit met de diensten van Eurofins. • Verbindend, resultaatgericht, overtuigend en pragmatisch. • Creatief en buiten gebaande paden durven gaan voor talentbinding. • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en zelfstartend, maar ook in teamverband graag samenwerken.
